Dear Parents,
Welcome back to the new Autumn Term after a memorable summer holiday of warm weather and sunshine. It is lovely to see the children back at school, smiling and ready for the new academic year. to our nursery children moving into reception and to all our new Nursery s for the first time this September.

News Update
Sadly Mrs. Sandbach has been unwell during the summer and will not be back to school just yet. Mrs. Gallagher will be covering the office full time with the assistance of Ms. Mathers who is known to many of you in her capacity as a teaching assistant, but also has administrative experience from previous employment. Following many weeks of careful deliberation, Glyn Littler has decided to resign from his role as Chair of no longer feels able to commit the time required to fulfil He has served school over the years, and as Chair of s pupils at the heart of any decisions made by our until
elections take place in November.

Initial whole class parents’ meetings are as follows:
Y6 Monday 9th September 3.00 p.m.
Y5 Wednesday 11th September 3.00 p.m.
Y4 Tuesday 10th September 3.00 p.m.
Y3 Thursday 12th September 3.00 p.m.
Y2 Tuesday 17th September 3.00 p.m.
Y1 Wednesday 18th September 3.00 p.m.
We look forward to welcoming you to school on these occasions to inform you about the class activities, curriculum and homework procedures.

General organisation in school
Please ensure all uniform is labelled. With 248 children in school it is much easier to return items of clothing when it is labelled.
Please ensure your child brings a bottle of water each day, labelled with their name.
