St. Michael’s, Flixton is a Voluntary Aided Church of England Primary School with close links to St. Michael’s Church. It is our responsibility to help each child develop a set of Christian moral values as a pattern for life.

The school serves our local community by providing high quality education for boys and girls aged 3 to 11 years. At St. Michael’s we will give all children the opportunity to fulfil their potential within an environment where each individual is valued.

St. Michael’s received an outstanding Ofsted Report in March 2007. This was reaffirmed in Nov 2019. The school also received outstanding National Society of Anglican Schools Reports in 2007, 2013 and 2018.

Music and sport are strong features at St. Michael’s and we encourage the children to take part in a wide range of activities. The school has an excellent reputation for being open and friendly and families are an integral part of our school community.
