Newsletter 2 – Autumn Term 2016

Tuesday 27th September

Dear Parents,

It has been a pleasure welcoming new children to St. Michael’s both in Nursery and main school.

Children look so smart in the PE Kit which is becoming more established throughout school.

The before and after school WRAP club is proving to be a valuable and enjoyable extension to the provision here at St. Michael’s – thank you Ms Mathers.

Michaelmas Fair

A huge thank you to the PTA for organising a most successful Fair last Friday.  The efforts of many are acknowledged.  Thank you for contributing towards the achievement in raising £800.  An event like our Michaelmas Fair brings the families of St. Michael’s and the community together.  It also provided an opportunity for parents to meet our new Reverend Huw Thomas who has instantly embraced the community of both school and Church.

MacMillan Coffee Morning

The coffee morning will take place this coming Friday morning 30th September at 9.00 a.m.  We look forward to seeing you at this event and would appreciate any contributions of cakes.  Thank you.  Please be aware any cakes remaining after the coffee morning will be on sale in the playground at the end of the day.
